Frequently Asked Questions.

Everything people ask before their first session at O Fitness — training, pain and bodywork, nutrition, pricing, and finding us. Still stuck? Call (863) 393-5426.

01

Getting Started

No. Most people come to us precisely because they’re not where they want to be — recovering from an injury, returning after years off, or unsure where to begin. Every program starts from a movement assessment, so we meet you exactly where you are. We train complete beginners and seasoned athletes alike.

Your first visit is a free consultation and movement assessment. We review your goals, injury history, and how your body actually moves, then map a plan built around what you need. You leave knowing your starting point and your next step. Book your consult →

Yes — the initial consultation and movement assessment are free, with no obligation. It’s how we make sure we’re the right fit for each other before you commit to anything.

Comfortable athletic clothing and training shoes you can move in. If you have imaging, a doctor’s note, or notes on past injuries, bring them — they help us build a safer, smarter plan.

Call or text (863) 393-5426, email info@ofitnessinc.com, or send a note from our contact page. We’ll reply within 24 business hours to set up your free consultation.

Training Programs

It’s you and one dedicated trainer every session, with a program built entirely around your goals, body, and schedule. You get undivided attention, real-time form correction, and corrective exercise and hands-on bodywork built in. Private training →

Semi-private is coaching in a small group of just 2–4 people. Everyone follows their own program under one trainer’s eye, so you’re coached as an individual at a lower rate than one-on-one. Semi-private training →

Choose private one-on-one for the fastest, most tailored path — ideal for specific goals, injuries, or event prep. Choose semi-private if you like the energy of training alongside others (or a partner) and want a lower rate while still getting an individual program.

Absolutely — that’s one of the best uses of semi-private training. Each of you follows your own program in the same session, so you share the time and the cost while chasing your own goals.

Most clients see strong results training 2–3 times a week with us, supported by movement on their own days. We’ll recommend a frequency at your consultation based on your goals, schedule, and recovery.

Yes. Whether it’s a race, a wedding, golf season, or getting back on the water, we build the program backward from your date and its demands. Orion’s Exercise Science background means the plan is specific, not generic.

03

Corrective Exercise, Pain & Bodywork

Corrective exercise identifies the movement imbalances, weaknesses, and mobility restrictions causing your pain or poor posture, then fixes them with targeted mobility, stretching, and strengthening — paired with hands-on bodywork so we treat the root cause, not just the symptom. Corrective exercise →

Bodywork is targeted, deep-tissue manual therapy that releases the restricted tissue and fascia behind your pain — then we retrain the movement so the relief holds. A spa massage relaxes; bodywork here is corrective and paired with exercise. Bodywork →

A chiropractic adjustment is passive and often needs repeating; physical therapy usually ends when insurance visits run out. Our approach is active and lasting — we restore tissue quality, retrain movement, then reinforce it with strength so the fix stays, and we teach you to maintain it.

Often, yes — nagging lower-back pain, forward-head posture, and cranky shoulders are exactly what corrective exercise and bodywork are built for. We assess first; if something needs a physician or licensed PT, we’ll tell you honestly.

No referral is needed to train with us. If you’re post-surgery or under a doctor’s care, we’ll coordinate with their guidance to keep you safe.

Many clients feel a difference within the first few sessions, but lasting change comes from consistency over weeks, not a single visit. We’ll give you a realistic timeline after your assessment.

04

Nutrition & Body Composition

Nutrition coaching is ongoing, personalized guidance on eating for your goals — calories, macros, and habits — with regular check-ins, led by a NASM-certified coach. A registered dietitian is a licensed clinician for medical nutrition therapy; if you need that, we’ll gladly refer you.

Yes — fresh, macro-balanced meals prepared in-house, so you can hit your plan without shopping, cooking, or guesswork. It’s the convenience piece most coaching programs leave out.

Yes. Sustainable results come from realistic calorie and protein targets you can actually maintain, paired with training — not crash diets. We set the targets to your body and keep you accountable with check-ins.

An InBody scan is a 60-second, non-invasive test that breaks your weight into skeletal muscle, body-fat percentage, visceral fat, and segmental lean mass — far more insight than a bathroom scale, and every scan is interpreted by a degreed trainer.

InBody is a validated bioelectrical-impedance device that’s highly consistent for tracking change over time, with no radiation and results in under a minute. DEXA is the clinical gold standard for a single precise reading but is slower and pricier. For ongoing training and nutrition tracking, InBody’s speed and repeatability win.

Every 4–6 weeks — long enough to show real change in muscle and fat, short enough to adjust your plan before you drift off course.

05

Pricing & Packages

Rates depend on the service and on how often and how long you train. Private one-on-one is our most personalized option and is priced accordingly; semi-private is offered at a lower rate; nutrition coaching and InBody are available on their own or bundled. Every client starts with a free consultation — call (863) 393-5426 for current pricing.

Yes — most clients train on a package sized to their goals and frequency, which we’ll recommend at your consultation. We’d rather match you to the right plan than sell you a one-size-fits-all membership.

We build a plan around your goals and budget at the free consultation and walk you through package and scheduling options then — no pressure. Call (863) 393-5426 and we’ll lay out exactly how it works.

A sit-down about your goals and history, a hands-on movement assessment, and a clear recommendation for the right service and starting point — at no cost and no obligation.

Yes — training with a partner or a few friends through semi-private training lets you share the cost while each of you follows your own program. Ask us about partner options when you call.

06

The Studio & Team

You’ll work directly with the owners — Orion Torres and Miranda Torres — not rotating staff who change every visit.

Orion holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Florida State University, is ACSM-certified, and has 15+ years specializing in corrective exercise and bodywork. Miranda is a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and a former NPC competitor (2019–2023).

A private studio — no crowded floor, no waiting on machines, no class schedule to work around. Just a dedicated space where one specialist has eyes on you the whole session. See the studio.

Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–7:00 PM and Saturday 7:00 AM–12:00 PM. Sessions are by appointment, so your time is reserved for you.

Yes — free parking right at the studio at 150 S. Caloosahatchee Avenue, just off Indiantown Road.

Yes to all. Because every program is individual and assessment-first, the studio works for active adults of any age, women who want real coaching without a meat-market gym, and anyone rebuilding after an injury or surgery. It’s the whole reason we do this.
