Orion Torres is the founder of O Fitness and a corrective movement & bodywork specialist with a B.S. in Exercise Science from Florida State University, ACSM certification, and 15+ years in the field. He built his whole method around one idea: fix why your body hurts or stalls — then build strength that lasts.
Then, at 27, everything caught up with him. Years of sports, weightlifting, mixed martial arts, and skateboarding left him in constant pain — shoulders, neck, back, knees, plus multiple bulging and herniated discs. He saw specialist after specialist and got no real answers.
Digging deeper, he found the truth most people never hear: his pain came from movement imbalances through his hips and biomechanics. Through deep-tissue fascial work, targeted mobility, and corrective exercise, he eliminated his pain completely. That experience became the entire company.
His internship as a movement specialist sharpened his ability to spot and correct the imbalances and weaknesses most trainers miss — the deep knowledge of weight loss, muscle hypertrophy, mobility, and how the human body actually functions that sets him apart. A native Floridian now based in Jupiter, he pairs that science with real bodywork skill.
That range means one person can take you from pain to performance: hands-on bodywork, corrective exercise, and one-on-one strength training — no handoffs, no guesswork.
Orion’s results come from a deliberate sequence — the same order behind every client’s program. Skip a step and the results don’t last.
Start at the root with hands-on bodywork and corrective exercise to get you out of pain.
Retrain the imbalances and compensations so your body works with you, not against you.
With clean movement as the base, build resilient, functional strength that transfers to life.
Sustainable nutrition guidance locks in results for the long haul.
Most people get sent to a trainer for strength, a therapist for pain, and someone else for mobility. Orion built one system that does all of it — because your body doesn’t separate them either.
Hands-on fascial release restores tissue quality, reduces tension, and unlocks mobility — often inside the same training session.
Targeted movement fixes the imbalances a detailed assessment reveals, so dysfunction gets solved instead of trained around.
Once you move well, strength and conditioning build on a clean foundation — fewer setbacks, faster progress.
He teaches you how your body works and why, so you leave with tools for life — not a dependency on your trainer.
Every program starts with a detailed movement assessment, and every session is logged on a paperless system so nothing gets lost between visits. It’s how Orion keeps a high-volume schedule feeling completely one-to-one — see how that plays out in private personal training or a small-group semi-private setting.
The principles that shape every program he writes — in order.
Orion runs O Fitness alongside his wife, Miranda Torres — a NASM-certified trainer and nutrition coach and former NPC national competitor. Together they cover the whole picture: root-cause movement and strength from Orion, sustainable nutrition and physique coaching from Miranda. You train with the owners, every time — never rotating staff.

The questions clients ask most, answered straight.
I grew up around fitness — my dad was a bodybuilder, so being active was part of my life early. That turned into a real passion, which led me to study Exercise Science at Florida State. I got certified at 18 and trained clients all through college.
Everything changed at 27 when I hit a wall physically. Years of sports, lifting, MMA, and skateboarding had taken a toll and I was constantly in pain. What frustrated me most was seeing multiple professionals and still not getting real answers. That pushed me to dig deeper — I realized my issues came from imbalances through my hips and biomechanics. Through deep-tissue fascial work, mobility, and corrective exercise, I eliminated my pain completely. That’s what made me specialize.
I take an integrated approach — combining deep-tissue fascial work, corrective exercise, targeted mobility, functional training, and strength into one system. It all starts with a detailed assessment to find your imbalances and limitations.
From there, every session is tailored to what your body actually needs. Correcting dysfunction first means you move the way you’re supposed to, lower your injury risk, and progress faster toward your goals.
Your first session is about understanding your body, your goals, and how you move. We start with a detailed questionnaire — injury history, past surgeries, activity levels, work environment, current routine, and any pain.
Then we move into a customized movement assessment. By the end, I’ve identified your key focus areas and designed a personalized program built around what your body needs. Booking a consult is the first step.
Every client is different, but most notice improvement quickly — often within the first session. Some feel significant relief after just one; others need 6–12 sessions to fully resolve the issue and create lasting change.
The goal is always to eliminate the root cause, not just reduce pain temporarily — and to give you the tools to stay pain-free long term.
I run a paperless system on a reMarkable tablet with a detailed profile for every client. After each session I log movement patterns, progress, limitations, and next focus areas. That’s how every session stays personalized and intentional — even on a full schedule.
Bodywork restores tissue quality and mobility, corrective movement reinforces the change, and proper training builds on top. Combined, you move better, feel better, and progress faster. That same philosophy runs through our mission.
